La grabación está dividida en 6 partes. El disco 1 contiene las grabaciones originales del Olimpic Studio de Londres, en julio de 1972. El segundo, está grabado en Morgan Sound Studios de Michigan en marzo de 1973, el tercer disco contiene ensayos grabados en Detroit en la primavera de 1973. El siguiente disco, titulado El regreso a Nueva York, contiene grabaciones en estudio y en directo en los estudios CBS y en el Max’s Kansas City en julio de 1973. El quinto, está grabado en el mítico “Whisky a go go” de Los Angeles, en octubr de 1973. Por último, el sexto disco contiene un EP editado en 1974, grabado en San Francisco, en el Bimbos 365 Club.
